Admission Requirements

- Preschool – your child must be three or four years of age on or before September 1st of that year. A physical examination and proof of immunizations is required to be turned in before the first day of school.
- Pre-kindergarten — your child must be four years old on or before September 1st of that year. A physical examination and proof of immunizations is required to be turned in before the first day of school.
- Kindergarten – your child must be five years of age on or before September 1st of that year. A physical examination and proof of immunizations is required to be turned in before the first day of school. Additionally, a dental and vision exam is required prior to the start of kindergarten.
- First grade – your child must be six years of age on or before September 1st of that year. All appropriate medical, dental and vision records must be turned in before the first day of school.
To Register Please Bring
- an original birth certificate
- a copy of child’s baptismal certificate
(child does not have to be Catholic to attend Saint Zachary School)
- Non-refundable registration fee (contact office for current fee)
