2017-2018 Tuition

Registration Fee per child: $200


This is a non-refundable fee with $150 applied to August tuition payment if registered by June 30, 2017.

Nominal fees apply for sacrament years and graduation.

Tuition and Financial Aid will be processed through FACTS.  An annual FACTS Administration Fee is assessed by FACTS.  For the 2017-2018 school year, the FACTS Administration Fee will be paid by St. Zachary School..


Tuition Payment Policy


Families have the choice of four interest-free tuition payment plans. Families may select the plan that is most appropriate for their respective situation.


Plan I: Annual - One-time, full payment for the entire school year made by credit card or           automatic withdrawal due on or before August 1st or 15th.


Plan II: Semi-Annual - Two equal payments for the entire school year made by credit           card or automatic withdrawal due on August 1st or 15th and January 1st or 15th.  


Plan III: 10 monthly payments made by credit card or automatic withdrawal beginning           August 1st or 15th ending May 1st or 15th.  


Plan IV: 11 monthly payments made by credit card or automatic withdrawal beginning           August 1st ending June 1st.  


All families will be enrolled in auto-pay for incidental expenses.  Funds are withdrawn on the due date as shown on invoice.   

Please note, payments made with a credit card are assessed an additional 2.85% for processing.   


Fundraising and Family Involvement

Fundraising is an important aspect of maintaining the school’s finances.  St. Zachary School requires 2 mandatory fundraisers for the 2017-2018 school year. As in years past, we will have a World’s Finest Candy Sale where families buy 1 case of candy at $60 to sell. In addition, families will be required to purchase 2 tickets to our Green and Gold Spring Fling at $25 each. If tickets are purchased by September 30, 2017, students will be given one Bulldog Dress Down Day per month. If tickets are not purchased by September 30, 2017, your FACTS account will be billed for the $50 and students will not be permitted to dress down on the special days.

Family Involvement is vital to our school’s success. There are many opportunities to help both in school, out of school, nights and weekends. So even if you haven’t completed the volunteer requirements for working with children, you can help!  Every family will be required to donate 15 hours of time during the school year.  Every hour after that 15 hours up to 100 hours will be paid back in a 1 dollar per hour tuition credit.  If volunteers hours are not completed by April 30, 2018, your FACTS account will be billed $150.
